Binge is a word to mean eating too much. So when a person eats or drinks too much, and cannot do without eating always, then he is suffering from what is called Binge eating. Let’s look at four causes of binge eating.

High blood pressure and high cholesterol are common symptoms of those with Binge eating disorder. They have the chances of having stroke and other heart disease. But if you reduce it, then it is possible for you to eat well, digest food well, and also use the restroom always.

3. Gallbladder Disease
Many health problems that are linked to Binge eating disorder. Such diseases includes obesity, high cholesterol, high triglycerides (fat in your blood), weight gain and loss and finally the risk of giving your gallbladder a lot of trouble. The most common problem is gallstones, the buildup of cholesterol or bile in the organ. This symptoms are very bad, and can affect the life of an individual.

4. Make Heart-Smart Changes
Quit smoking, losing extra weight, and exercise regularly to lower your blood pressure, and better your health. Those same steps can lower your cholesterol, as will a diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Your doctor might also prescribe the right type of drugs that you can use and also monitor the blood pressure, the sugar level or the number of cholesterol your body has.
